Who is behind Paper County?
Hi, I'm Honami! I'm originally from Japan and took over Paper County in July 2024.
Since then, I've been gradually shaping the shop around the things I love and want to share — Japanese stationery and finds, alongside our colourful glass cups, tote bags and unique gifts.
Paper County is a very small independent business based in Sion, Switzerland, and I personally prepare and pack each order from my home studio.
What can I find at Paper County?
Paper County offers a mix of Japanese stationery, matcha and Japan finds, glass cups, tote bags and designer stationery.
I personally select products that are useful, well made, cheerful and a little different — including stationery sourced directly from Japan and designs you may not easily find elsewhere in Switzerland.
Where is Paper County based?
Paper County is based in Sion, in the heart of Valais, Switzerland.
We are an online-only shop and do not currently have a physical store.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not quite yet. We currently ship to Switzerland, the European Union and the United Kingdom. For EU customers, the required taxes and import fees are already included in the displayed prices, so no additional charges should be due upon delivery.

What are the shipping options?
We ship from Switzerland via Swiss Post.
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days, or 5–10 working days for orders containing glass cups or tote bags. Processing may take a little longer during busy periods or for larger cup orders.
Free shipping is available on orders over CHF 55 within Switzerland. Swiss orders can be sent by PostPac Economy or Priority, and an optional Fragile service (+CHF 7.50) is available.
For EU and UK orders, Standard, Priority Plus and Registered Mail options are available. Standard shipping does not include tracking, while the upgraded options do.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact info@papercounty.co before sending anything back. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Custom or personalised products, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
