Q. Who is behind The Paper County?
Hi, I'm Honami! I became the new owner of Paper County in July 2024. I'm excited to carry on this lovely small business and bring my own fresh touch to it. Although I'm new to running a business, I'm dedicated to providing a delightful shopping experience and offering high-quality products. My goal is to add my unique flair while keeping the spirit of Paper County alive.
Q. What products can you find at The Paper County?
The Paper County offers a curated selection of unique Japanese stationery, including notebooks, notepads, sticker sheets, and paper goods chosen for their playful, cute, and feel-good designs. Alongside stationery, you’ll also find lifestyle items such as handcrafted and uniquely decorated glass drinkware and tote bags. Each item is thoughtfully selected or made to bring a little joy and positivity into your everyday life.
Q. Where can you find The Paper County?
We're located in the town of Sion, in the heart of Valais, Switzerland!
Q. Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Currently, we ship to the EU, UK, and Switzerland only. For EU customers, product prices already include the required taxes and fees, so you won’t face any extra charges on delivery. If you have any questions about our delivery service or want to know more about shipping to a specific location, just send us a message, we’re happy to help!
Q. What are the shipping options?
We ship orders from Switzerland via Swiss Post. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days, or 5–12 working days for orders containing handcrafted glass cups or tote bags.
Free shipping is available on orders over CHF 55 within Switzerland. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days within Switzerland and 4–8 business days to the EU and UK after dispatch.

Q. I would like to return my order. How do I do that?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Please make sure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once we receive your returned product, we'll inspect it to confirm the condition. If everything checks out, you have two options:
Refund: We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Voucher Code: We can provide a Voucher Code via email for use on future purchases.
