Where we ship

We currently ship to Switzerland and the European Union.

For EU customers, product prices already include the required taxes and fees. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days, or 5–10 working days for orders containing decorated glass cups or hand-pressed tote bags, as these items are individually prepared to order.

🔔 During high-demand periods or for orders of more than 4 cups, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping options & delivery time

Shipping within Switzerland

We ship all domestic orders via Swiss Post.
Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 55.00.

You can choose between:

  • PostPac Economy (2-day delivery) – reliable and affordable
  • PostPac Priority (next-day delivery) – faster service

📦 Optional “Fragile” service (+CHF 7.50)

Your glass cups and delicate items are always packed securely with great care. For extra peace of mind, you may add Swiss Post's Fragile service, which includes special handling and insurance of up to CHF 5,000 against loss or damage.

Shipping to the EU

All EU orders are shipped from Switzerland using Swiss Post.
Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.

We offer two delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping – without tracking or insurance (budget-friendly)
  • Priority Plus – tracked delivery, with liability up to CHF 50

🎁 Free & Discounted Shipping

  • Orders CHF 100–149.99 → Discounted Priority Plus Shipping CHF 12
  • Orders CHF 150 and up → Free Priority Plus Shipping

📝 Additional Information

  • Free shipping covers parcels up to 1.5 kg (around 4 cups).
  • Orders heavier than 1.5 kg may incur an additional postage fee.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs processing.
  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays during transit may occasionally occur and are outside our direct control. If you experience a significant delay, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 55 CHF within Switzerland.

Tracking your order

Parcel orders are sent with Swiss Post tracking.

Smaller orders sent in letter envelopes may not include tracking.

The available shipping method and tracking details will be shown at checkout and confirmed in your dispatch email.
