Where we ship
We currently ship to Switzerland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
For EU customers, product prices already include the required taxes and fees. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days, or 5–10 working days for orders containing decorated glass cups or hand-pressed tote bags, as these items are individually prepared to order.
🔔 During high-demand periods or for orders of more than 4 cups, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping within Switzerland
We ship all domestic orders via Swiss Post.
Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 55.00.
You can choose between:
- PostPac Economy (2-day delivery) – reliable and affordable
- PostPac Priority (next-day delivery) – faster service
📦 Optional “Fragile” service (+CHF 7.50)
Your glass cups and delicate items are always packed securely with great care. For extra peace of mind, you may add Swiss Post's Fragile service, which includes special handling and insurance of up to CHF 5,000 against loss or damage.

Shipping to the EU & UK
All European and UK orders are shipped from Switzerland using Swiss Post Priority services.
Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.
We offer three delivery options:
- Standard Shipping – no tracking or insurance (budget-friendly)
- Priority Plus – tracked delivery, liability up to CHF 50
- Registered Mail – tracked & signed-for delivery, liability up to CHF 150
🎁 Free & Discounted Shipping
- Orders CHF 100–149.99 → Discounted Registered Shipping CHF 12
- Orders CHF 150 and up → Free Registered Shipping
📝 Additional information
- Free shipping covers parcels up to 1.5 kg (around 4 cups).
- Orders heavier than 1.5 kg may incur a small additional postage fee.
- Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the postal service.
- Delays after shipment are beyond our control and do not entitle customers to compensation.

Tracking your order
Parcel orders are sent with Swiss Post tracking.
Smaller orders sent in letter envelopes may not include tracking.
The available shipping method and tracking details will be shown at checkout and confirmed in your dispatch email.
