🌍 Where we ship
- We currently ship to Switzerland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
- For EU customers, product prices already include the required taxes and fees — no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
- If you’d like to ship to another destination, please contact us at info@papercounty.co.
📦 Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days (or 4–6 working days for glass cups).
🔔 During high-demand periods or for orders of more than 4 cups, processing may take a little longer.
🇨🇭 Shipping within Switzerland
We ship all domestic orders via Swiss Post.
Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 55.00.
You can choose between:
- PostPac Economy (2-day delivery) – reliable and affordable
- PostPac Priority (next-day delivery) – faster service
- Swiss-Express “Moon” (by 9 a.m. next day) – for urgent deliveries
📦 Optional “Fragile” service (+CHF 7.50)
Recommended for glass cups and delicate items.
Includes careful handling and insurance up to CHF 5,000 against loss or damage.
🇪🇺 Shipping to the EU & UK
All European and UK orders are shipped from Switzerland using Swiss Post Priority services.
Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.
We offer three delivery options:
- Standard Shipping – no tracking or insurance (budget-friendly)
- Priority Plus – tracked delivery, liability up to CHF 50
- Registered Mail – tracked & signed-for delivery, liability up to CHF 150
🎁 Free & Discounted Shipping
- Orders CHF 100–149.99 → Discounted Registered Shipping CHF 12
- Orders CHF 150 and up → Free Registered Shipping
📝 Additional information
- Free shipping covers parcels up to 1.5 kg (around 4 cups).
- Orders heavier than 1.5 kg may incur a small additional postage fee.
- Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the postal service.
- Delays after shipment are beyond our control and do not entitle customers to compensation.
