Cup Care Instructions

  • Do not soak
  • Hand wash only
  • Not dishwasher safe
  • Not microwave safe
  • Avoid scrubbing directly over the design with abrasive sponges or brushes
  • Use a straw brush to clean the straw
  • Hand wash the bamboo lid separately and dry it thoroughly after washing

Shipping & Delivery

  • Each glass cup is individually decorated and prepared to order in my home studio with great care.
  • After the design is applied, the cup requires a 48-hour acclimation period to help ensure the design sets properly.
  • Processing times are currently 5–7 business days, or 7–12 business days for orders of 4 cups or more, before shipment.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 days within Switzerland, 4–8 business days to the EU and UK.

Returns & Refunds

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact info@papercounty.co before sending a return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
