Shipping & delivery

  • Each tote bag is individually hand-pressed to order in my home studio with great care.
  • After the design is applied, the bag requires a 24-hour resting period to help the design set properly.
  • Processing time is currently 3–5 business days before shipment.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 days within Switzerland, 4–8 business days to the EU and UK.

Returns & Refunds

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact info@papercounty.co before sending a return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
