How It Works:

  • Style: Frosted with a sublimated finish.
  • Extras: Comes with a durable glass straw and a bamboo lid to complete the look.
  • Design Size: Max dimensions of 24.5 x 11 cm. 
  • Submit Your Design: Send your design to info@papercounty.co.
  • No Design? No Problem: We can help create one for you at an additional cost.
    Important: Since this is a custom product, returns are only accepted for quality issues.
  • Color Note: Our sublimation process produces beautiful pastel shades, and the colors may appear softer than those on our regular cups—please keep this in mind when placing your order.

  • Cup Care Instructions:

    • Do not soak
    • Handwash only
    • Not dishwasher safe
    • Not microwave safe
    • Use a straw brush to clean the straw
    • Dry the bamboo lid after washing

  • Shipping Info:

    Each glass cup is handcrafted to order from my home studio with great care. After the design is applied, the cup requires a 48-hour acclimation period to ensure the highest quality. Processing times are currently 6-10 business days before your order is shipped. Thank you for your patience and support of my small business!
