Make your glass cup one-of-a-kind with a personalised sublimation design — add a name, quote, or artwork. Bright, durable, and perfect for your favourite drinks every day.

How It Works:

  • Cup Capacity: 16 oz / 500 ml.
  • Style: Frosted with a sublimated finish.
  • Extras: Comes with a durable glass straw and a bamboo lid to complete the look.
  • Design Size: Max dimensions of 24.5 x 11 cm. 
  • Submit Your Design: Send your design to info@papercounty.co.
  • No Design? No Problem: We can help create one for you at an additional cost.
    Important: Since this is a custom product, returns are only accepted for quality issues.
  • Color Note: Our sublimation process produces beautiful pastel shades, and the colors may appear softer than those on our regular cups—please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Processing Time:
Please note, it takes about 5-7 days to process your order once we've received and finalised your design. Thanks for your patience while we create something special just for you!

  • Cup Care Instructions:

    • Do not soak
    • Handwash only
    • Not dishwasher safe
    • Not microwave safe
    • Use a straw brush to clean the straw
    • Dry the bamboo lid after washing

  • Shipping Info:

    • Each glass cup is handcrafted to order from my home studio with great care.
    • After the design is applied, the cup requires a 48-hour acclimation period to ensure lasting quality.
    • Processing times are currently 4–6 business days, or 6–10 business days for orders of 4 cups or more, before shipment.
    • Estimated delivery: within Switzerland 2–3 days, EU/UK 4–8 business days.
