How it works

  1. Submit your design: Send your design to info@papercounty.co. Design size is maximum of 22 x 8.85 cm.
  2. No design? No problem: Choose 'Design Collaboration with Paper County' option and we can help create one for you.
  3. Review & approve: I’ll send you a preview of how your mug will look — you’ll get to review and approve the design before it’s prepared.
  4. We’ll handle the rest: Once approved, your mug will be carefully sublimated by me and shipped to your door!
  5. Need help? Feel free to message us with questions — we’re happy to assist! 💌

It takes about 3-5 business days to process your order once we've received and finalised your design. Thanks for your patience while we create something special just for you!
